THE WORLD NEEDS MORE STRONG DADS.

Eric Koenreich is a coach with a very specific mission:

He helps career driven dads develop their mind and bodies so that they can become the best version of themselves.

THE TIRED DAD FITNESS CLUB VALUES

LEADERSHIP

We lead by example for the good of our children and society at large.

LOVE

We love ourselves enough to treat our bodies and minds with respect.

LOYALTY

We are loyal to our families and our commitments to ourselves.

LONGEVITY

We establish healthy habits that we can maintain for the rest of our lives.

STOP SETTLING FOR LESS.

You show up for your family.

You show up for your job.

So why aren’t you showing up for yourself?

You hit the snooze button every morning. You skip the gym because you’re tired. You make excuses to get out of eating like you’re supposed to.

I get it. We’re all tired. But there’s a good tired and a bad tired.

You should be tired from training hard. Tired from playing all afternoon with your kids. Tired from working your ass off at your job.

Instead, you’re tired of being soft. Tired of being disciplined. Tired of not liking what you see in the mirror. Tired of not being a good example for your kids. Tired of your health issues. Hell, you’re tired just rolling out of the bed in the morning.

Aren’t you tired of feeling like that?

If you answered “yes”, then you’re in the right place.

Eric married his wife Kelsea in 2012 and together they have three children. When he’s not coaching, he’s the world’s greatest Stay At Home Dad.

MY NAME IS ERIC.

I felt trapped for most of my life.

Trapped by my bad habits. Trapped by my low self esteem. Trapped in an endless cycle of restriction and over indulgence. Trapped inside of a body I didn’t love.

I grew up as an overweight kid and while I was able to temporarily overcome them, my issues always seemed to reemerge. I yo-yo’d up and down for the better part of two decades, searching for that magic bullet or miracle fix.

These bad habits only became worse when I became a father. The stress of parenthood amplified everything and I began to spiral. I was desperate for an answer.

Then it happened.

I realized that what I needed had been with me all along.

It was my mind.

I began a journey of self improvement, focusing on my relationship with food, my relationship with myself, and my overall mentality.

It wasn’t easy but after years of struggling, I was finally able to see why I had such a hard time turning it around.

I also saw that I wasn’t alone.

I saw that dads of all ages, shapes, and sizes were struggling with their self confidence and their attitudes towards fitness, resulting in the same cycle I had been trapped in.

I wanted them to achieve what I had. To feel the peace, freedom, and happiness that I feel.

My mission is to help you, fellow Tired Dad, become the best version of yourself.

You’re one step away.

DANNY R.

“I’m a 37 year old dad of 2 girls who has been having a really hard time with not only being healthier but also having a very hard time beating myself up about it. Coach Eric is someone who wants to help. You can really feel it when you have your 1 on 1 with him.  He knows the struggles of parenthood and the struggles of trying to be a healthier person.  I can say that since signing up with TDFC my mindset has improved tremendously I no longer feel like a failure for letting myself go and have the confidence that my physical health can and will improve and baby steps are still wins. I’m grateful for finding coach Eric and recommend TDFC for any dad that feels like he’s alone, lost, sad, tired, depressed. TDFC is more than a guide to working out and eating better. It’s a community of Dads looking out for one another.”
